In case of disputes, both parties shall attempt to resolve them in good faith. If unresolved, the Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.
Translations of these Terms of Service in different languages are for reference only. In case of any dispute or conflict in interpretation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

OVideo Refund Policy​

Thank you for purchasing OVideo’s products and services. We offer a free trial version, which you may use to test the software before making a purchase. According to the Consumer Protection Act, digital content products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or used.

If you are unable to use the product properly due to a product-related or technical issue, please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.

Duplicate Charges

Product Not Received
