Welcome to OVideo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OVideo AI video generation platform and related services (“the Platform” or “we”). Please read them carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

The “Services” refer to the AI video generation platform and related software applications operated by OVideo, including but not limited to:
(1) Video creation features via web interfaces or other user-facing applications;
(2) Automatic generation of videos or other digital content based on user-provided inputs (e.g., text, images, audio, video);
(3) Associated features, updates, paid subscription plans, point system, storage, referral rewards, and future expanded functions.
Some features (e.g., voice cloning and avatar customization) are under development and may be updated or modified at our discretion. All features are subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & User Eligibility

Some features require account registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and activities under it. Please contact us at ovideo.service@osensetech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must use it under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Privacy Policy

4. User Content & Generated Content

You may upload content such as text, images, audio, or video as input (“User Input”) and receive generated content (“Output”) from the system.
You retain all rights to your Input and Output, but you must ensure your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for all legal consequences arising from any claims of intellectual property or personal rights infringement due to your uploads.
You confirm that you have legal rights or licenses to all uploaded content, including voice, likeness, names, trademarks, and scripts.
By using the Platform, you grant us a license to reasonably use, store, reproduce, or modify your content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.
You must not use the Services to create or distribute violent, hateful, pornographic, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its system, interface, templates, algorithms, and all related designs, are owned by OVideo or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

6. Points & Rewards

Platform-issued points are promotional and can only be used for designated services. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points are subject to expiration. Expired points cannot be restored, reissued, or extended.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the point system or its rules at any time. All interpretations and final decisions belong to the Platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payment

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal within your account settings.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., ECPay); we do not store your payment information.
The services provided are considered immediately available digital content. Once purchased, they are deemed consumed and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Account Termination

You may request to deactivate or delete your account at any time. We will process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
Inactive accounts for over one year (non-subscribers) may be terminated.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” with no guarantees of error-free or uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., outages, hacking, natural disasters).
You agree to assume full responsibility for any third-party disputes resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In case of disputes, both parties shall attempt to resolve them in good faith. If unresolved, the Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.

Translations of these Terms of Service in different languages are for reference only. In case of any dispute or conflict in interpretation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

OVideo Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing OVideo’s products and services. We offer a free trial version, which you may use to test the software before making a purchase. According to the Consumer Protection Act, digital content products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or used.

If you are unable to use the product properly due to a product-related or technical issue, please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.

Handling of Special Cases

Duplicate Charges

If a duplicate charge occurs, please provide the relevant proof. Upon verification, we will process a refund immediately.

Product Not Received

If you have completed payment but have not received your product download information, please contact customer service, and we will assist you immediately.
